Our individual experience of reality is based upon our beliefs, perspectives, perceptions, and projections, all of which combine to translate into how we present ourselves in the world. Whether we are confident and positive, or uncertain and fear filled, is simply a function of the beliefs we hold about who
we are and what we deserve.
My expertise lies in helping others bring self-limiting beliefs into conscious awareness, and companioning them on journeys of life transformation through restructuring belief systems. Beliefs are simply that, beliefs. They are not truths, although we learn to treat them as such. Becoming aware of our beliefs fills our life with endless possibility as we give ourselves the opportunity to choose beliefs of life affirming support which create a structure of enhanced self esteem, self acceptance and self-love. With new choices, we are no longer stuck with the beliefs which have been imprinted upon us by others.
I have a gift for providing a safe, supportive space of acceptance and non- judgment where you can discover and experience all aspects of yourself, while uncovering whom it is you truly wish to become. Choice in all aspects and dimension of our lives determines who we are. Making new choices is simple, but not necessarily easy. It is my honor to co-creatively companion you on your sacred journey of self awareness, discovery, and transformation while you choose to embody new beliefs of love, joy, and gratitude to replace your self defeating, fear filled beliefs.
I have a deep passion for studying the human energy field and the energetic function of all aspects of who we are. I believe all dis-ease and illness in our life is based upon the disruptive energies carried in our limiting beliefs. By changing our beliefs we allow ourselves to embrace the unlimited joy, healing, abundance, prosperity and peace available to us all.
Energy Healing is one modality of therapy which provides the opportunity for change by restructuring and balancing the human energy field, allowing a new sense of self acceptance and understanding. It is extremely effective in creating emotional balance, accelerating physical healing, boosting the immune system, and providing support for any aspect of life distortion (i.e. ill-health) on the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level, which is in need of healing.
In addition to energy healings, ongoing support comes in the form of Life Coaching, which provides perspective support during times of uncertainty and transition, or anytime you need a helping hand in understanding where you are and where you are going.
Flower Essence Therapy provides energetic and emotional support by enhancing the vibrations of the conditions, traits, and perspectives we wish to become attuned with and embody more fully.
Aromatherapy with pure essential oils is a lovely enhancement to any healing process, and works on both the emotional and physical levels with grace and ease. Bringing scent into our lives in a healing way expands our appreciation of our surroundings and provides an avenue for a deeper connection with mother nature and the unlimited healing energies she offers.
